Key Responsibilities:- Manage the intake and processing of new membership applications, ensuring eligibility and timely completion of the process.
- Manage member relations as the primary point of contact for individuals and organizations, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Coordinate membership renewal processes and reminders, ensuring accuracy and timely updates to the membership database.
- Promote certifications to members and assist in the application process, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Promote corporate membership to new and existing organizations, developing and implementing strategies to drive growth and engagement.
- Assist in the development of new products and services to drive the membership department, working closely with the marketing team to create promotional materials.
- Coordinate logistics, invitations, and communications for events related to membership and partnerships, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality outcomes.
- A diploma or degree in business, marketing, or events management, or a related field, with at least 3 years of working experience. Prior experience in an engagement role, events management, or a professional membership body would be an added advantage.
- Experience in developing and managing outreach programs aligned with the organization's established goals, with a focus on launching and implementing new corporate membership programs.
- Proven experience in membership management, partnership development, or related roles, with a strong track record of successful project management and event coordination.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders, including members, partners, and colleagues.
- Meticulous and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills and the ability to efficiently handle concurrent tasks.
- Proficient in the use of productivity tools, including MS Office, and CRM software.
