Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Control Specialist to oversee daily inventory operations in our warehouse. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing inventory levels, communicating with production teams, and ensuring smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive products from production terminals and reconcile inventory levels.
  • Communicate effectively with production teams to resolve discrepancies.
  • Record production updates and stock quantities accurately in our system.
  • Manage inventory movements within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Prepare and submit regular inventory reports to stakeholders.
  • Handle flag forms and perform related tasks efficiently.
  • Track and reconcile flag forms to maintain accuracy.
  • Update manpower and resource usage for flag forms as needed.
  • Follow up on closures and respond promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Prepare and submit monthly reports to senior management.
  • Coordinate with supervisors for manpower and resources allocation.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management or a related field.
  • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Excel.
  • Familiarity with SAP is advantageous.
  • The ability to work extended hours during peak periods, such as month-end and annual stock takes.
