My client is a leading wholesaler of IT products, supplying a wide range of hardware, software, and technology solutions to businesses, resellers, and distributors. They are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse & Inventory Manager to oversee warehouse operations, ensure inventory accuracy, and manage smooth order fulfillment.

Job Summary:

The Warehouse & Inventory Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse activities, ensuring accurate stock levels, optimizing storage and distribution processes, and maintaining operational efficiency. The role requires strong organizational skills, leadership ability, and experience in inventory management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order picking, packing, and dispatch.

· Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.

· Implement inventory control procedures to minimize discrepancies and losses.

· Manage inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.

· Optimize warehouse layout for efficient space utilization and workflow.

· Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.

· Ensure compliance with safety, health, and regulatory requirements.

· Train, supervise, and evaluate warehouse staff performance.

· Monitor and report on inventory KPIs (stock turnover, accuracy rates, fulfillment times).

· Oversee maintenance of warehouse equipment and facilities.

Requirements:

· Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering or related field.

· 4+ years of experience in warehouse and inventory management (IT wholesale or distribution experience preferred).

· Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory systems, and stock control processes.

· Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and MS Excel.

· Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and procedures.
