Inventory Management SpecialistJob Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Management Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments, ensuring accurate inventory records and efficient warehouse operations.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, utilizing optimal storage solutions to minimize stock movement.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment with precision and care, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock checks, promptly addressing discrepancies to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization within the warehouse environment, promoting a safe and healthy workspace for employees.
  • Follow established company policies and regulations, maintaining compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role, preferably with a focus on inventory management.
  • Forklift certification is highly desirable, demonstrating expertise in operating heavy machinery safely.
  • Ability to lift up to 55 pounds and stand for extended periods, maintaining physical stamina throughout the workday.
  • Basic computer skills for inventory management systems, including data entry, tracking, and analysis.
