Warehouse Inventory Manager

The Warehouse Operations Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.
Main Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and supervise the setup of the warehouse to optimize workflow, including storage systems and inventory management.
Manage, train, and motivate warehouse staff to ensure high performance and adherence to safety standards. Foster a collaborative team environment.
Oversight of inventory control by ensuring accuracy, timely order fulfillment, and optimization of delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement safety procedures to minimize workplace accidents. Ensure that all staff are trained in safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
Set and monitor performance indicators (KPIs) for warehouse operations, ensuring the achievement of productivity and quality goals.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction while maintaining or improving service quality and efficiency.
Provide regular reports on inventory levels, warehouse performance, and staff efficiency to senior management.
Requirements:
Strong leadership and communication skills.

Experience in warehouse operations and inventory management.
