Inventory Management Executive Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Management Executive to oversee our warehouse operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Warehouse Operations Management: Ensure accurate and efficient inventory management, enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs), and manage daily system and warehouse activities.
  • Inventory Accuracy: Verify Goods Receipt (GR) and Goods Issue (GI) records using SAP, C4C, and RFID systems to maintain high levels of accuracy.
  • Import/Export Shipments: Coordinate import/export shipments to avoid storage at port and ensure timely delivery.
  • Inventory Reporting: Prepare monthly inventory reports for in-house and third-party warehouses.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement new processes to optimize inventory management.
  • Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe working environment by ensuring compliance with safety standards.
  • Stock Takes: Conduct annual and sample stock takes to ensure accurate inventory levels.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 3 years of relevant working experience in warehouse inventory management, preferably with experience in SAP and MS Office.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle heavy materials.
  • Additional Requirements: Forklift License is an added advantage.
