Job Title: Warehouse Logistics Specialist

We are seeking a skilled logistics professional to support our warehouse operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the movement and storage of inventory, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely move, sort, and store inventory to prevent damage or loss.
  • Pick, pack, and label items accurately for delivery to ensure timely arrival.
  • Unload and inspect incoming shipments for any issues before storing them in the warehouse.
  • Plan efficient delivery routes to minimize travel time and ensure road safety.
  • Report damaged or missing inventory to maintain accurate records.
  • Operate machinery to organize and store large or bulky items in the warehouse.
  • Maintain detailed records of inventory levels, movements, and stocktakes.
  • Generate and follow up on purchase and delivery orders to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment in the warehouse and retail spaces.
  • Adhere to all workplace safety procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Assist with audits and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum O-Level qualification or equivalent.
  • Possess a valid Class 3 driving license to operate company vehicles.
  • Ability to lift heavy items and perform manual handling tasks.
  • At least 1 year of warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
  • On-the-job training provided to develop skills and knowledge.
  • Basic understanding of communication processes and protocols.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software for administrative tasks.
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude.
