Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Manager - ERP Oracle HR / HRMS to join our client's team in Singapore. This is a permanent role with an established company, offering autonomy to make key decisions for Oracle Enterprise HR on a global scale.

About the Job
  • Manage a lean Oracle HR team, including hiring, conducting performance appraisals and handling escalations.
  • Oversee the maintenance and higher adoption rate of the recently upgraded Oracle Fusion HR system.
  • Implement system enhancements and upgrades, ensuring projects are completed according to timeline, budget and scope.
  • Handle configuration and integration of the system to meet user requirements.
  • Manage external vendors, ensuring SLAs are adhered to.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is SGD $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan and paid time off.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 7 years of experience in Oracle HR, including at least 2 years of direct team management.
  • Proven track record of engaging with business stakeholders and implementing system enhancements.
  • Candidates with regional or global exposure are preferred.
