Role SummaryThis is a challenging opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead our Offshore Premier Banking team. As an Offshore Premier Banking Manager, you will be responsible for mentoring and inspiring team members to achieve sales and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Mentor and inspire team members to reach their full potential in sales and service delivery.
- Provide coaching and motivation to staff to optimize financial contribution to Premier Banking Offshore.
- Contribute to the growth and profitability of Premier Banking Offshore through achievement of profit and growth targets.
- E nsure that Relationship Managers adhere to the Bank's Premier Banking Offshore marketing guidelines.
- Manage operational risk and ensure adherence to the Bank's operational standards and requirements.
- Implement service initiatives and ensure consistency of service quality and delivery.
- At least 6 years' experience in the banking and financial services industry with a strong track record in financial product sales and team management.
- Effective team management and leadership skills.
- University degree.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
- Experience in covering High Net Worth (HNW) segment in South Asia markets is an added advantage.
- Possess initiative, drive, and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
The estimated annual salary for this role is between $120,000 to $180,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
