Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team at Qlik. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with existing customers, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, account planning, and prospecting into a list of accounts.
- Build relationships with customers and assess their future business needs, providing solutions that meet their requirements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create relationships with existing customers, identifying their potential needs and developing a business case.
- Maintain a pipeline of early-stage leads and move solid leads through the funnel, connecting them to a salesperson and arranging in-person meetings, emails, or phone calls.
- Perform regular follow-up calls or emails and facilitate communication with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify new potential needs.
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and webinars to build relationships and generate leads.
- Achieve goals by qualifying leads and identifying needs that can be addressed by Qlik products, passing leads to appropriate sales resources.
- 2-4+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree or related experience.
- Experience researching, account planning, and prospecting into a list of accounts.
- Proven track record of achieving sales metrics and consistent achievement of year-over-year quota attainment.
