Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team in Singapore. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for selling National Corporate Housing services to new clients in the Asia Pacific region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with the Regional Director, local market team, and sales leadership to strategically focus sales efforts on generating profitable business opportunities for the APAC region.
  • Generate revenue through new business opportunities using a consultative selling approach.
  • Grow revenue through self-generated leads by presenting all product and service lines to different segments within each organization.
  • Work in concert with clients to understand their strategic initiatives and create maximum economic impact for their organization.
  • Maintain all sales activity and sales cycle progress in CRM.
  • Use analytical skills, industry trends, and client analysis to forecast revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain long-term professional relationships at multiple levels.
  • Engage, attend, and participate in industry networking events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • 6 months to 2 years of B2B or B2C outside sales or sales internship experience.
  • Must live in Singapore.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written English.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with many moving parts and responsibilities.
