Job DescriptionA team player is required to assist trust relationship managers in the daily administration of trust mandates.
The successful candidate will be responsible for processing bank account opening documents, credit facilities, insurance transfer/purchase documents and distribution requests.
The role involves updating records in the trust system and maintaining accurate records of trust relevant parties information as well as trusts and/or company activities.
The successful candidate will also assist in trust review preparation, review of trust deeds, letter of wishes, fees etc if required for BAU processing.
Ad hoc projects will also be contributed to.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Min Degree or Diploma holders
- At least 1 - 3 years in trust administration
- Team player
- Meticulous and have an eye for details
- Proficiency in Chinese is required as this role requires to deal with internal Chinese stakeholders
