Key Responsibilities:- Perform periodic reviews of trust client accounts in accordance with scheduled cycles and risk ratings.
- Review source of wealth background, corroborate declared net worth, and assess supporting documentation.
- Carry out name screening, conduct assessments, and follow compliance guidance and procedures.
- Complete periodic review checklists and assessments for trust relationship managers and team heads.
- Interact with front office to obtain documents, track due reviews, and produce management reports.
- Ensure client due diligence documents are up-to-date and accurately recorded.
- Ensure outstanding matters are addressed or escalated accordingly.
- Obtain Compliance approval where required and review permanent files for good order and completeness.
- Min Degree/Diploma holders with 3 to 5 years in banking/financial industry, experience in KYC/AML/Compliance/Risk, and knowledge of anti-money laundering procedures.
- Team player with organizational, detailed, and risk awareness skills.
