Noah International 諾亞國際 is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trust Compliance Officer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure the Department's compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintain and update Trust policies and procedures.
- Lead trust examinations and liaise with Trust Regulators.
- Coordinate with the Organization's audit, compliance, and risk management functions.
- Oversee the new Account Review Process and manage Trust Committee agenda and materials.
- Participate in Trust Committee, Trust Officer Committee, and Privacy Committee.
- Manage and oversee the account review process, including ongoing assessment of Account Level Risks.
- Provide guidance and support to Trust staff and other managers on Fiduciary questions.
- Maintain current knowledge of regulations related to Fiduciary and Compliance Issues and educate the team.
- Maintain current knowledge of regulations related to Fiduciary and Investment Issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in trustee companies and financial institutions.
- Knowledge of AML/CFT Compliance and relevant regulatory requirements.
- High level of integrity.
- Interest in developing a career in Compliance.
- Mature, responsible, and able to work independently.
- Organized and attentive to details.
- Willing to learn.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Mandarin is an advantage.
