**About the Role**

This is a key leadership position that requires a hands-on and strategic HR expert to partner with the Consumer Banking business in driving and executing people initiatives. You will be responsible for providing proactive HR advisory and support services, including talent management, performance management, employee relations, compensation, and training.

You will work closely with the business stakeholders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**

HR Advisory Services: Provide HR advice and guidance to the Consumer Banking business on all aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.Talent Management: Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent within the business.Employee Relations: Manage employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and terminations.Compensation and Benefits: Analyze and recommend competitive compensation and benefits packages for the business.

**Requirements**

The ideal candidate should have a degree qualification and at least 12-15 years of experience in HR, preferably in the banking industry.A strong track record of delivering HR initiatives and projects that drive business results.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

**What We Offer**

A competitive salary range of SGD $180,000 - $250,000 per annum, depending on experience.A comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, retirement plan, and annual leave.
