Job Title: Strategic Business Development Officer
DescriptionThe position of a Strategic Business Development Officer is responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships with current customers and prospective customers to generate new business and sales.
- This role requires establishing, developing, and maintaining strong ties with existing and potential clients to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for communicating effectively through calls, in-person visits, or presentations to both existing and potential customers.
- This includes overseeing day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity, as well as coordinating travel arrangements when required.
Requirements:
- Possessing a degree in Marketing or having at least 3 years of relevant work experience is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and video editing skills are necessary for this role.
- Able to multitask and handle various responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills are essential for addressing unexpected challenges and ensuring smooth operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required to interact effectively with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and filing systems.
- Closely collaborating with the project team to prepare in advance for projects or events requiring overtime work.
- Providing assistance to customers regarding product information, order status, and general inquiries.
