Management Associate Role

Job Summary:

The Management Associate will support senior management in strategic projects and daily operations, with the goal of developing into a future managerial role. The candidate will be exposed to various departments, including human resources, finance, business development, sustainability, and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support c-suite and senior management in strategic business planning and implementation
  • Improve existing business processes, brainstorm ideas, and pursue business objectives
  • Conduct market studies for the group
  • Research specific industries and areas to identify potential opportunities and provide recommendations
  • Assist in coordination and facilitation
  • Ad-hoc duties such as board-related matters and company campaigns

Requirements:

  • Degree in construction related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in the built environment
  • Entry-level candidates welcome; training provided
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Power BI
  • Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • Independent, open-minded, and a team player
