Strategic Business Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Strategic Business Developer.

This position plays a pivotal part in defining, managing, and implementing change across the organization, ensuring business needs are clearly understood and translated into optimal solutions.

The Strategic Business Developer will also take on project management responsibilities for smaller initiatives, utilising their strong analytical skills and ability to think strategically.

Key Responsibilities

  • Elicit requirements from stakeholders using effective methods, standards, and tools, such as SWOT analysis and data-driven approaches.
  • Analyse and validate requirements with a structured and disciplined approach, identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) and developing targeted solutions.
  • Conduct impact assessments to map current processes and workflows, highlighting areas for improvement and recommending actionable changes.
