Business Growth Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Specialist to spearhead new business opportunities and drive revenue growth through strategic relationships with clients.
Main Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and pursue high-value business prospects through targeted outreach and engagement, fostering sustainable partnerships and collaborations.
- Nurture existing client relationships, providing exceptional customer service and delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the institutional catering market, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and leveraging this expertise to inform business strategies.
- Effectively communicate products and services to prospects, preparing and presenting customized pitches as needed, and negotiating agreements that benefit both parties.
- Collaborate across departments or with external partners to ensure seamless project execution, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience; we welcome new graduates to apply for this exciting opportunity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients at various seniority levels, and build strong relationships based on trust and respect.
