Senior Captain (Semi Fine Dining)

As a Senior Captain, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant. You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure that every meal is prepared to perfection and served in a timely manner.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a team of servers, bartenders, and hosts/hostesses
  • Ensuring excellent customer service and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Required skills and qualifications:

To succeed as a Senior Captain, you should have:

  • A strong background in hospitality management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

We offer a competitive salary package including:

  • $2,750 - $3,200 per month
  • Bonus structure tied to performance
  • Overtime paid at a rate of 1.5 times the regular hourly rate
