Desktop Support Specialist


Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Desktop Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing first-line support to end-users for desktop-related issues. This includes troubleshooting and resolving problems with Windows/macOS, Office 365, VPN, printers, and peripherals.


Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve desktop-related issues using technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
  • Handle ticket logging, escalation, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Perform PC/Mac setup, imaging, and user onboarding/offboarding.
  • Manage basic AD/Azure AD tasks, including password resets and access requests.

Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in desktop/helpdesk support.
  • Knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, Office 365, and basic networking.
  • Familiarity with AD/Azure AD, VPN, MFA, and ITSM tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
