Pre Sales Specialist Job Description

You will be based at a WeWork location in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The role is full-time and permanent.

During the initial three-month service contract with Givery, you will work on-site for 5 days a week. Your working hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM with an 1-hour break. Remote work is available.

  • As a technical expert bridging the sales team and customers, you will specialize in AI and Generative AI solutions.
  • You will lead technical discussions, provide deep technical insights, conduct solution demonstrations, oversee Proof of Concept (PoC) projects, and ensure successful client engagements and deal closures.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical expertise and conduct detailed presentations and demonstrations focusing on AI and Generative AI solutions.
  • Engage in advanced technical discussions with prospects and clients, addressing complex questions and solution capabilities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions.

Key Qualifications:

  • Over 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer or in a Pre-Sales role within B2B software environments, preferably with a focus on AI or Generative AI.
  • Solid experience in software engineering with demonstrable coding and development capabilities.
  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
