- What You’ll Lead and Build
- Architect, design, and deploy scalable AI systems including NLP, LLM, and predictive analytics models
- Build and manage high-performing AI engineering teams; lead code reviews, mentoring, and hiring
- Develop RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) pipelines for domain-specific reasoning and document understanding
- Integrate AI services into ERP, LMS, and operational platforms using REST APIs and microservices
- Lead the development of anomaly detection, forecasting, and performance monitoring models
- Build and optimize real-time chatbots and agent workflows using tools like Rasa, Dialogflow, or CrewAI
- Drive MLOps adoption: model monitoring, retraining triggers, and CI/CD for AI deployments
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate maritime operational needs into intelligent solutions
- Explore and integrate emerging LLM tools and architectures (LangChain, LlamaIndex, DSPy, Hugging Face)

**Job Requirement**
- Your Background and Technical Strengths
- 7+ years of experience in AI/ML development with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role
- Hands-on expertise in Python, data engineering, model tuning, and AI pipelines
- Strong grasp of NLP, LLMs, anomaly detection, and classification/regression models
- Experience with vector databases, RAG frameworks, and multi-agent orchestration
- Fluency in model deployment via cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), Docker, and Kubernetes
- Proven ability to mentor engineers, guide roadmap decisions, and scale delivery teams
- Ability to balance technical depth with product intuition and stakeholder communication

- Track record of deploying conversational AI or intelligent chatbots at scale
- Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and data transformation frameworks
