AI Solutions Delivery Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the delivery of AI solutions from incubation and proof-of-concept to large-scale real-time deployment. The successful candidate will work closely with our Data Science team to identify and provide insights for important customer intelligence questions, and will be responsible for developing, validating, and delivering algorithms, statistical models, and analytical insights to achieve business goals.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's or Ph.D. in a relevant technical field, or 4+ years' experience in a relevant role, and exceptional expertise in AI engineering, machine learning, and data science. They will also have a strong understanding of the marketplace for AI services, as well as practical hands-on experience with tools such as Jupyter, LLMs, PyTorch, TensorFlow, AWS Sagemaker, Google Vertex AI, and Azure ML.

The role requires excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex quantitative analysis in a clear, precise, and actionable manner. The candidate should be able to think strategically, and have a strong track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver AI solutions.

  • A Master's or Ph.D. in a relevant technical field, or 4+ years' experience in a relevant role.
  • Exceptional expertise in AI engineering, machine learning, and data science.

  • A strong passion for empirical research and for answering hard questions with data.
