About the Position

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team at SS&C Technologies as an Associate Director, leading a team of professionals in investor services. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of various services, including transfer agency, accounting, and management products.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of 3-5 staff members in performing investor transaction processing, KYC/AML document reviews, and other client reporting tasks
  • Monitor and control processes to ensure they meet agreed-upon KPIs and deliverables
  • Present and promote SS&C portal and other new systems or applications to clients
  • Collaborate with clients and fund directors to address their queries and concerns
  • Respond promptly to inquiries from fund managers, investors, and auditors
  • Oversee new client onboarding and set up internal processes to meet client requirements
  • Maintain relationships with clients and expand business through prospecting and presentations
Key Qualifications and Skills
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Transfer Agency/Investor Services, preferably in hedge funds
  • Proven leadership and supervisory experience, with ability to multitask
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client satisfaction
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English, with Mandarin a desirable asset
