**Job Highlight
**Responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation of financial reporting and capital accounts of the funds;
- Prepare valuation reports on portfolio investments;
- Assist in the Preparation of fund/portfolio performance data for management and investors;
- Manage bank accounts and arrange payments of the funds and fund manager;
- Monitor the liquidity position of the funds and arrange capital calls and distributions;
- Coordinate investor servicing activities, including fund investor onboarding / KYC, and investor queries, capital calls and distributions;
- Assist in co-ordination of corporate secretarial matters including company incorporations, and preparation of board minutes and resolutions, etc;
- Take accurate and comprehensive Minutes during meetings;
- Undertake general fund/offiice administration duties and other special projects as assigned.

- Ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure, and multitasking.
- Able to work as part of a team and independently when necessary.
- Ability to take ownership of set tasks & targets.
- Strong organizational skills and able to prioritise.
- Self-confident and makes an effort to be well-groomed and tidy.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and Mandarin will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with the operations of PE/VC funds will be an advantage.
- Experience with handling of external audit queries will be an advantage.

**Qualifications
- Degree in Accountancy (CPA/ACCA/ACA) or finance or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant financial reporting/fund accounting/fund administration experience in the investment industry
- Experience with IFRS and US GAAP financial reporting will be an advantage.
