Singapore ALLWIN FUND MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. Full time

**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible for daily operational matters and administrative functions of the funds.
- Monitoring the portfolios and performance of the fund (including Investments Guideline check)
- Reconciliation and checking of monthly NAV report provided by the Fund Administrator
- Completion of MAS and other statutory board surveys
- Ensuring front-to-end process controls are in place and compliance-related requirements are incorporated
- Maintain relationships with service providers. i.e. brokers, Fund Administrator, Auditor, Corp Secretary,etc
- Processing and reconciliation of cash flows, subscriptions, and redemptions
- Conduct due diligence/ KYC of fund's investors
- Assist in Audit schedules and financial statements
- Assist in other duties that are assigned by COO from time to time.

**Knowledge and Skill**
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting or relevant degree.
- At least one-two years of working experience in fund operations
- Strong communication, good time management and strong computer skills (MS Excel)
- Self-reliant, resourceful, and attentive to details
- Knowledge of accounting, financial products (esp listed equity) and fund operations
