**Role Summary**

To provide daily operational support to the Fund Administration team

**Key Duties and Responsibilities****:

- Provide support in day-to-day operations of the Company’s funds and following up with internal stakeholders and counterparties on fund related matters.
- Review daily/monthly NAV reports prepared by fund administrators
- Perform cash and securities holdings reconciliation and able to resolve reconciliation discrepancies
- Prepare month-end report for clients
- Process fund invoices and update cash entries into system
- Perform checks on funds’ management fees and performance fees

**Education Qualification****:

- Diploma/Degree holder in Accountancy, Banking and Finance

**Experience and Skills****:

- Minimal of 1 year of experience in the financial services industry
- Good team player, embrace a collaborative and open working culture
- Ability to work independently and in a systematic manner
- Positive attitude and able to work under stress
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel and Word
