Fund Administration Associate

Overview
The selected candidate will provide daily operational support to the Fund Administration team.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Support the daily operational activities of the Company's funds/portfolios, including coordination with internal teams and external counterparties on fund-related matters.
Review daily and monthly Net Asset Value (NAV) reports prepared by fund administrators.
Perform reconciliation of cash/securities holdings and investigate/resolve any discrepancies.
Prepare month-end reporting for clients.
Process fund invoices and update cash transactions in internal systems.
Review and verify the calculation of management and performance fees for funds.
Education Qualification
Diploma/Degree holder in Accountancy, Banking and Finance
Experience and Skills
Minimal of 1 year of experience in the financial services industry
Good team player, embrace a collaborative and open working culture
Ability to work independently and in a systematic manner
Positive attitude and able to work under stress
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel and Word
