Administrative Affairs Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative and Public Affairs Specialist to join our APAC GR & Admin team.
This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our public and administrative affairs initiatives.
- Handle daily administrative tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
- Oversee Central Provident Fund (CPF) matters to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Perform routine administrative duties, such as receiving visitors, scheduling meetings, managing document archives, and booking travel arrangements.
- Bachelor's degree or above, with 3-5 years of relevant administrative experience.
- Experience in Corporate Overseas Expansion is preferred.
- Familiar with Singapore's administrative processes and local culture, including Employment Pass application procedures, banking affairs, and the CPF system.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Possesses strong professional ethics and etiquette, capable of representing the company's image.
