ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate with IT Vendor to arrange for setup of all IT Equipments (such as PC, Printer, POS, etc), installation of software, and troubleshooting software problems
- Liaise with the IT Vendor for the setting up, configuring and implementing network equipment such as switches and routers in a Wide Area Network (WAN) and Wireless LAN (WLAN) for Enterprise Networking
- Provide PC support and maintenance at HQ and the restaurants
- To assist in sourcing and purchasing hardware and software to support the Company Business Information System
- Manage all software-related licenses and renewals
- Manage the administration of company vehicles – such as renewals, maintenance schedule, etc
- Manage all vehicle-related insurance claims and payment of fines for traffic offences
- Assist in the administration of quality management systems across the restaurant outlets, and highlight issues when feedback is raised
- Assist with the renewal process of company's ISO 22000/ Sustainability/ SFA Certifications
- Ensure compliance of the company safety, food safety, quality, sustainability policy and procedures
- Work closely with the Manager in development and improvement programs to improve work process and flow for future growth
- Assist in any ad-hoc corporate affairs activities as assigned in relation to the operation of the business
REQUIREMENTS
- Min. Diploma in Business Administration or operations related
- Candidate with IT Support experiences will be an advantage
- Detail oriented and meticulous with the ability to work within deadlines
- Able to communicate effectively and professionally
- Able to work independently and as well as in dynamic team
