ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate with IT Vendor to arrange for setup of all IT Equipments (such as PC, Printer, POS, etc), installation of software, and troubleshooting software problems
Liaise with the IT Vendor for the setting up, configuring and implementing network equipment such as switches and routers in a Wide Area Network (WAN) and Wireless LAN (WLAN) for Enterprise Networking
Provide PC support and maintenance at HQ and the restaurants
To assist in sourcing and purchasing hardware and software to support the Company Business Information System
Manage all software-related licenses and renewals
Manage the administration of company vehicles – such as renewals, maintenance schedule, etc
Manage all vehicle-related insurance claims and payment of fines for traffic offences
Assist in the administration of quality management systems across the restaurant outlets, and highlight issues when feedback is raised
Assist with the renewal process of company’s ISO 22000/ Sustainability/ SFA Certifications
Ensure compliance of the company safety, food safety, quality, sustainability policy and procedures
Work closely with the Manager in development and improvement programs to improve work process and flow for future growth
Assist in any ad-hoc corporate affairs activities as assigned in relation to the operation of the business
REQUIREMENTS
Min. Diploma in Business Administration or operations related
Candidate with IT Support experiences will be an advantage
Detail oriented and meticulous with the ability to work within deadlines
Able to communicate effectively and professionally
Able to work independently and as well as in dynamic team
