Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Food Service Management, with experience in overseeing the daily operations of food establishments. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team to achieve sales targets and overall performance
  • Maintaining smooth daily operations of Foodcourts and Coffeeshops
  • Providing guidance to senior staff members and ensuring high quality service standards
  • Conducting regular checks on hygiene, service standards, and product quality

Administrative Duties

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing staff performance and recommending promotions or training
  • Handling disciplinary issues and grievances within the team
  • Coordinating outlet reports and financial management

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma in Food Service or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Foodcourt operation
  • Strong leadership and analytical skills
  • Basic computer literacy and Class 3 license
