Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Area Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations, deployment, and performance of a network of vending machines across various locations.

The ideal candidate will possess strong people skills and a service-first mindset, with experience in location sourcing/retail operations and/or franchise management. They will be responsible for managing machine health, replenishment, promotions, and customer experience, ensuring high service standards and operational efficiency.

The successful candidate will have a diploma with at least 2 years of relevant experience, and will be digitally savvy, able to interpret sales and performance data. They will also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to manage complaints with customers and landlords.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing and evaluating new vending machine locations
  • Coordinating field operations
  • Overseeing machine maintenance
  • Handling customer complaints, including refund processing and service issues
Requirements:
  • Diploma with at least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Strong people skills and a service-first mindset
  • Operational or retail experience preferred
  • Digitally savvy; able to interpret sales and performance data
