Job Summary:Reporting to the General Manager, the Head of Revenue Optimization will be responsible for developing and implementing revenue-generating strategies across all distribution channels. This includes analyzing market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behavior to optimize room rates, inventory allocation, and pricing parameters.
Key Responsibilities:- Closely monitor competitive pricing and understand the impact of relative pricing decisions on property performance.
- Leads the fortnightly revenue meetings to discuss revenue-generating strategies and tactics.
- Provides analysis of demand factors, competitive positioning, and future outlook and trends to inform pricing decisions.
- Prepares Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Revenue reports to include production, trends, booking patterns, and channel analysis.
- Develops fundamentals and provides guidelines to maximize revenues related to the sale of catering events, function space, and all other revenue streams at the hotel.
- Ensures that the revenue plan is updated on a daily basis, balancing all figures with the PMS and ensuring that all data input into the system is accurate – Geo source, Product quality, and pricing.
- Actively manages the Hotel's revenue system to ensure optimal revenue capture.

Requirements:- Bachelor's Degree: A degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is often preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in revenue management, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
$120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
