About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Demand Growth Manager to join our global Demand Growth Team at adjoe, a leading mobile ad platform. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving continuous advertiser revenue growth and developing strong relationships with our advertising clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify opportunities for growth and develop creative strategies to expand partnerships.
  • Establish strong relationships with potential mobile gaming and mobile app advertisers in GCR and beyond, and bring them to use adjoe's advertising solution.
  • Manage a portfolio of existing partners, focusing on growing and generating incremental revenue for both parties.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders on onboarding and growing clients, and collaborate with teammates on projects focused on advertiser growth and process improvement.
  • Develop growth strategies for partners leveraging all adjoe products, and establish strong relationships with existing partners through day-to-day communication and regular face-to-face review meetings.
Requirements
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in account management and operations, preferably in the adtech or mobile advertising space with a proven track record.
  • Strong understanding of standard KPIs used in adtech, including CPI, eCPM, CPC, Conversion, Retention, ARPU, and ROAS.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and proficiency in Google Suite, especially Sheets and Slides.
  • Native Mandarin speaker and proficient in English, with experience using a CRM.
  • Output- and revenue-driven attitude, with a strong sense of ownership and a desire to make a real impact in sales.
