About the Role

Our client is seeking a skilled Strategic Financial Planning and Analysis professional to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to drive strategic financial planning and decision-making across Asia Pacific.

In this role, you will support key initiatives including system form project evaluation, financial reporting, cost analysis, and the development of financial tools and systems.

You will collaborate closely with multiple functional and country FP&A teams to provide actionable insights, enhance financial modelling and forecasting, and support strategic decisions through data-driven analysis.

This commercially driven role requires a strong analytical and financial modelling skillset, with experience in business intelligence (BI) tools highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed cost analyses that support strategic pricing decisions
  • Evaluate system form projects and provide financial insights and recommendations that guide business planning
  • Manage monthly reporting deliverables such as business variance reviews (BVR)
  • Monitor project costs and conduct variance analyses
  • Support senior management through robust financial modelling, scenario planning, and profitability assessments

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA and/or CPA/ACCA/CFA preferred
  • Relevant years of experience in a similar FP&A or analytical role
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working under pressure
  • Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across teams
