The role of Financial Operations Manager is to provide strategic leadership and oversight in the areas of financial planning, accounting, and analysis. This includes ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, as well as providing insightful analysis to inform business decisions.
- Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of financial operations, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
- You will oversee the preparation of financial statements, ensure the smooth operation of accounts teams, and coordinate internal and external audits.
- Your expertise in accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws will be essential in providing accurate and timely financial information to stakeholders.
- Degree in Accounting or related field preferred; Chartered Accountant certification a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance/accounting, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong working knowledge of financial reporting standards, consolidation, and taxation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
