Financial Planning and Analysis Expert

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis expert to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for supporting financial activities such as budget preparation, variance analysis, and reporting.

  • Prepare and submit annual budgets, monthly and quarterly forecasts with variance analysis.
  • Partner with operation leaders to provide financial advice and data-driven insights that promote sound commercial and financial decisions.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to forecast future performance, assess investment opportunities, and conduct scenario analysis.

Responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Analysis:

  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and risks to the business.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.

Cash and Working Capital Management:

  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and inventory levels to optimize liquidity and minimize costs.
  • Develop and implement effective cash management practices to ensure timely payment of bills and collection of receivables.

System Implementation and Support:

  • Lead the implementation of SAP S4 and Basware systems to improve financial processes and reduce costs.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users on system functionality and best practices.

Education and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with finance qualification (CA, ACCA, CIMA).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, financial planning, and analysis.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
