Job Title: Financial Planning and Analysis Professional
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) professional to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about finance, analysis, and business development.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the prompt delivery of monthly/quarterly management reports, reviewing monthly financial performance with a focus on key variances, and conducting investigations into exceptions.
This role also involves overseeing the planning and execution of the annual budgeting and forecasting process, reviewing internal controls, and recommending process enhancements to bolster control mechanisms.
In addition, you will play a crucial role in developing long-term business plans, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement.
Requirements:- Education: Degree qualified from a reputable university
- Experience: At least 3 years of working experience, preferably with Big 4 experience and 1-2 years of commercial experience as an Analyst
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with internal and external stakeholders
- Hybrid Working Arrangement: 4 days work-from-office, 1 day work-from-home
- Fixed AWS: Competitive salary
