Financial Planning and Analysis Leader
The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team is a critical function within the organization, responsible for providing financial guidance and support to senior management. As a key member of this team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and success.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of monthly and quarterly management reports, reviewing monthly financial performance with a focus on key variances, and conducting investigations into exceptions. You will also oversee the planning and execution of the annual budgeting and forecasting process, review internal controls, and recommend process enhancements to bolster control mechanisms. Furthermore, you will contribute to the development of long-term business plans and provide expert advice to senior management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree qualification from a reputable university
- At least 3 years of working experience, preferably in a Big 4 firm or commercial sector
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with internal and external stakeholders
