  • Intercompany Transactions: Manage elimination entries, foreign currency translations, and maintain the integrity of the group's chart of accounts.">
  • Financial Analysis: Provide insightful analysis and commentary on financial performance for senior leadership.">

Controllership & Compliance:

  • Statutory Reporting: Support annual audits and liaise with external auditors.">
  • Financial Controls: Ensure effective operating controls and accounting practices aligned across regions.">
  • Compliance: Oversee tax and regulatory requirements across relevant jurisdictions.">

Process Improvement:

  • Financial Close Process: Identify gaps and inefficiencies, drive automation where possible.">
  • ERP Enhancements: Collaborate on system upgrades to improve data quality and reporting speed.">

Requirements:

  • Certifications: Chartered Accountant (CA/ACCA) qualification is mandatory.">
  • Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience, ideally with a blend of audit and commercial finance exposure.">
  • Industry Experience: Experience working in tech, fintech, or fast-growing companies is preferred.">
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical understanding of IFRS and group-level reporting, proficient in Excel, and experience with BI tools is a plus.">
  • Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, ownership mindset, and ability to work independently in a lean team environment.">
