FP&A Financial Analyst Role

We are seeking an analytical and skilled FP&A specialist to join our finance team. In this position, you will play a key part in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and supporting strategic decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, maintain, and improve comprehensive financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
  • Analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results, identifying trends, variances, and key drivers.
  • Prepare detailed management reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate financial performance and business insights.
  • Partner with business units to support financial planning, scenario analysis, and ad hoc projects.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
  • Support the month-end and quarter-end close processes, including variance analysis and commentary.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the FP&A function.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all financial reporting and analysis.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or MBA is a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a related finance role.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
