About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Financial Planning and Analysis Professional to support our financial planning and analysis efforts across the ASEAN region. This is a key role in regional financial consolidation, requiring timely and data-driven insights to inform strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the preparation of monthly regional consolidations.
  • Review subsidiaries' monthly management reports and collaborate with finance leads to understand business drivers.
  • Contribute to the development of cyclical financial analysis deliverables, such as monthly financial performance assessments against budget/re-forecast and quarterly board papers (in Excel, PowerPoint, or other electronic formats).
  • Support region-wide budgeting and forecasting initiatives.
  • Participate in year-end closing processes, including reviewing draft audited financial statements and reviewing audit adjustments for finalization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Group Accounting, with FP&A and consolidation expertise preferred.
  • Strong business partnering, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
