Job Description

We are seeking a high-calibre Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our Finance team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing financial planning and analysis strategies to drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting and forecasting, and financial reporting. You will also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

You will work closely with the leadership team to develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve financial performance. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing financial planning and analysis strategies to drive business growth
  • Preparing and managing budgets and forecasts
  • Providing financial analysis and insights to support business decisions
  • Identifying and mitigating financial risks

In addition to your technical skills and knowledge, you will also need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • At least 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
