Financial Planning & Analysis Professional

We are seeking a skilled Financial Planning and Analysis professional to join our team in the role of FP&A Associate Vice President. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, financial modeling proficiency, and strategic thinking.

  • This position involves collaborating closely with the Head of Corporate Banking to drive strategic initiatives and growth planning, formulating business plans, conducting competitor benchmarking, and analyzing financial metrics.
  • The successful candidate will lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance tracking for the Corporate Banking division, providing actionable insights through regular MIS reports and dashboards.
  • Responsibilities also include preparing high-quality business review decks and strategy presentations for CXO-level discussions and Board meetings.
  • Candidates should have 4-7 years of experience in FP&A, Strategy, or Business Finance roles, preferably in Corporate/Wholesale Banking at a senior level.

In this role, you will contribute significantly to business strategy, financial analysis, planning, and decision-making support. Your responsibilities will involve working closely with various stakeholders to ensure alignment of financial narratives with business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive strategic initiatives and growth planning in collaboration with the Head of Corporate Banking.
  2. Formulate long-term and short-term business plans, segment strategies, and execution roadmaps.
  3. Conduct competitor benchmarking, market trend analysis, and customer segmentation studies to support business strategy.
  4. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance tracking for the Corporate Banking division.
  5. Analyze financial metrics such as revenue, asset growth, yield, cost of funds, profitability, and capital allocation.
  6. Provide actionable insights through regular MIS reports, dashboards, and performance review packs.
  7. Prepare high-quality business review decks and strategy presentations for CXO-level discussions and Board meetings.
  8. Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure alignment of financial narratives with business outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 4-7 years of experience in FP&A, Strategy, or Business Finance roles, preferably in Corporate/Wholesale Banking at a senior level.
