Strategic Financial Planning Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Financial Planning Specialist to play a pivotal role in our organization.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with experience in managing financial functions, regulating accounting systems, and coordinating annual audits. Additionally, they should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to thrive in a complex and fast-paced environment.
We are looking for someone who is a team player, able to work independently, and willing to adapt to changing circumstances. The successful candidate will have a strong affinity for contributing to our company's vision and be able to start work immediately or within a short notice period.
- Develop and implement long-term financial strategies and establish yearly objectives for the Group
- Oversee the entire financial function, ensuring compliance and efficiency
- Regulate accounting systems to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
- Coordinate annual audit process to maintain transparency and accuracy
- Manage annual budgeting and mid-year financial forecasting to drive informed decision-making
- Ensure tax compliance and provide strategic leadership as a member of the management team
- Present regular financial reports to stakeholders
- Liaise with regulators directly to ensure compliance with listing rules and local laws
- Maintain relationships with key financial partners in various countries
