We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the accounting department, you will be responsible for overseeing financial planning and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee financial accounting and strategic planning, ensuring accurate and timely financial reports
• Analyze business performance and provide actionable insights to management
• Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, AR/AP Aging) and maintain schedules (fixed assets, accruals, prepayments)
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and HQ reporting
• Consolidate overseas office accounts (Malaysia)
• Set customer credit limits and liaise with auditors
• Maintain Accounting systems and coordinate with HQ (Japan) and Malaysia office on accounting matters
Requirements
• Proficiency in Accounting System and MS Office
• Professional accounting certification (ACCA or equivalent)
• Bilingual in English & Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients)
