Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Lead all departments as their business partner for accurate financial forecasts and budgets. Drive strategic planning, forecasting, and budgeting to optimize business performance.

Coordinate with other departments and operational teams to achieve annual budget, quarterly forecast, and cost allocation goals. Identify long-term and short-term risks and opportunities, followed by strategic risk mitigation insights.

  • Develop and review consolidated management and financial reports for financial review with corporate stakeholders.
  • Partner with controllership on balance sheet risks and opportunities (including work-in-progress capital). Ensure stakeholders understand these risks and opportunities.
  • Leverage existing and upcoming accounting systems/ERP/BI tools to drive efficiency and continuous workflow improvements.

Regional office and facilities management: ensure resource requirements are reviewed, and staff and offices deliver a better working experience for employees.

Support talent development by identifying employee potential, aspirations, and development opportunities to contribute to team success.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis at a multinational company.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • CPA qualification required.
  • Proven record of leadership and accomplishment in a multi-national environment.
  • Team player with demonstrated ability to collaborate across distances and organizational boundaries.
