About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced hotel environment, where you will be responsible for assisting with the efficient running of the department.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer relations skills, as well as strong leadership qualities including professionalism and excellent presentation.
A university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management is required, along with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
This position offers the chance to work in a dynamic team environment, with opportunities for growth and development.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the day-to-day operation of the Front Desk at the hotel
- Provide support and guidance to fellow associates to ensure a successful and effective operation
- Work closely with the Front Office Manager to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- University degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and customer relations skills
- Strong leadership qualities including professionalism and excellent presentation
